The hotel is a great find with spacious rooms that we discovered after enjoying a complimentary wine tasting in the main lobby. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, though there was a slight musty smell. The service here is always attentive and welcoming, with Hilton going the extra mile to ensure everyone's safety. The location is convenient, especially for those with a vehicle, near local shops and easily accessible from the interstate. The dining experience was of high quality, although it ended a tad early on Sunday. Overall, a pleasant stay with a couple of minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely hot tub, and a full breakfast in the lobby. The customer service was exceptional, with a genuine smile that made me feel right at home. However, the recommendations for nearby wineries could have been better, and the response to certain inquiries was a bit abrupt.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to vineyards, downtown Napa, outlets, and Target, making it easy to access all the wineries and great restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The dining experience was terrific, offering an excellent variety of food choices. However, I did find it a bit pricey to pay $12 per person for a light breakfast with no nearby alternatives. The service was top-notch, and the staff were truly amazing.
